The Cycle Continues


In the meantime the farmer and his or her family has watched a new calf crop be born. Close to 90,000 Canadians and their families make all or part of their living from raising beef cattle. Often living on the same farms that were settled by their grandparents or even great grandparents, beef cattle farming enables these Canadians to continue residing and making a living in the rural areas that make up most of Canada.
